Real figures from a four-company group. Computed rows are read-only — you cannot type over your own maths.

The spreadsheet

It worked fine when there was one company.

Add a second company.

Now there are two tabs, a combined tab, and an intercompany transfer that only exists on one side of it.

Add a second currency.

A rate gets pasted in once, in March, and quietly stays there for the rest of the year.

Add a second person.

Someone types over a formula to make the total look right. Nobody notices for six weeks.

What it does

Six things a spreadsheet can’t do.

01

Roll the week forward in one click

New week advances the live window by seven days. Last week’s numbers stay put as history — they don’t get overwritten, and they don’t disappear. Undo rolls it back.

Both sides in the selection, so it nets to zero. Select Holdings alone and it stays a real £15,000 movement.
02

Multi-company by default, not by tab

Company tabs plus a Combine view. Enter an intercompany transfer once and the contra side is implied by the engine — there is no mirror row to forget.

03

Xero, synced every morning

Connect once. Unpaid sales invoices land in Debtors, unpaid bills in Creditors, each placed on its due week. Auto-pull at 04:00.

Move an invoice to week nine. It stays in week nine.

Read-only in v1. Nothing is ever written back to Xero.

Every row converts individually, half-even rounded to the penny, then sums. A missing rate fails the column loudly rather than assuming 1:1.
04

Multi-currency that survives an audit

Nine currencies per row — GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, ZAR, CAD, NZD, CHF, SGD — on live ECB reference rates.

Read-onlyComputed rows can’t be typed into. Week 7 goes negative — that is the answer, not a formula error.
06

Arithmetic you can’t break

Opening, net and closing are computed and locked. Two people can work in the sheet at once over cell-level patches, and your in-progress typing is never clobbered. Every version is kept as a frozen, browsable snapshot.

A week takes four minutes

01

Connect Xero, or start blank

One click to authorise. Unpaid invoices and bills arrive on their due weeks. No Xero? Type the rows in once and paste the rest from Excel.

02

Check the week’s numbers

Opening balances, anything that moved, and the two provision pots. The computed rows look after themselves.

03

Roll forward

Press New week. Last week freezes into history, week fourteen appears at the end, and you are done until next Monday.

Who it’s for

Anyone whose forecast lives in a shared spreadsheet

Priced per company, so the cost follows the shape of the group rather than the size of the team.

Group FDs

Five entities, one board pack, and a Monday that currently starts with rebuilding last week’s tabs by hand.

We built it for our own group.

Thirteenweek started as the internal forecast for the Vistura group — four companies, three currencies, one finance person and a spreadsheet nobody else could safely open. We use it every Monday. It is now available to everyone else with the same problem.

A Vistura group product, designed and built in-house by HeyHiHello.
